Join us in St Mary's Church to celebrate the first communion of Christmas.
Come along to our short service to celebrate Christmas Day. All ages welcome.
Join us at St Richard's church on the last Saturday of every month for Brunch Church. Brunch Church is ideal for parents with children from birth to school age. It gives parents a chance to spend time with other parents while the children play together, with tea, coffee, bacon rolls and vegetarian alternatives available. The morning ends with some songs and prayers that everyone can join in with. Suggested donation of £3 per family.
Ash Wednesday marks the first day of Lent. It is a day to remember our call as Christians to repentance. Ashes have been used as a sign of seeking forgiveness throughout history. As part of the service you will be invited to have an ash cross placed on your forehead as a reminder that it is from ash that we come and to ash that we will one day return.
On the first Sunday of every month at St Mary’s, we all meet together for around an hour. This means that our Children’s Church are in St Mary’s with everyone else for the whole service, rather than meeting together separately. This is a shorter communion service that aims to involve everyone, with a simpler message to help us think, an activity or two to help us engage and our normal singing and celebration of communion.

Join us as we process up the hill to St Mary's Church remembering Jesus' triumphal entry into Jerusalem, before an United Service. If you're able, we will process from the green opposite The Crown pub, up and into the church. If you have mobility issues, then please feel free to wait in the church. In the case of adverse weather conditions, please go straight to the church.
Join us at 8pm at St Mary's Church throughout Holy Week as we journey towards Good Friday and Easter Weekend.
