Hire Our Halls

St Mary's Hall

Our halls are available to hire – we have the large hall at St Richard’s on the Racecourse Estate and the slightly smaller hall at the Northolt Village Memorial Hall.

Each of these halls have similar facilities, with toilets, kitchen, chairs and tables and are often hired for children’s parties. Please note that our halls are not available for teenagers’ parties.

We are open to longer term hires, and can support corporate events, training sessions and meetings. Flexible rates may be given to schools or charitable organisations. Please enquire at time of booking if this applies.

Safeguarding:

Ensuring the safety and welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults lays with those responsible for their care. Where external organisations or individuals are using our premises, hire arrangements will make it clear that the organisation / individual must abide by the PCC’s Safeguarding Policy.

A copy of the PCC Policy Statement forms part of the Hire Agreement and hirers will be asked to sign a copy of this, even when an organisation has their own, to acknowledge that this has been seen and will be adhered to and that all concerns about children, young people and vulnerable adults will be reported to the relevant statutory authority.  If an organisation has their own policy, a copy of this will be requested and filed with the Hire Agreement.
