We’d love to celebrate with you this Christmas

Join us at any of our Christmas events and services, you will be made very welcome. We’re beginning the season with our Christmas fair. You’ll then find all kinds of actives in one of our buildings, or with our friends in the Crown Pub. A highlight of the season is our Beer and Carols at the Crown and our Candle-Lit Carols in the historic church of St Mary’s. On Christmas Eve we’ll have a children’s Christmas celebration for families and traditional midnight communion followed by a family friendly Christmas Day celebration. It would be great if you could join us!

Saturday 30 November 

Christmas Fair  12-3pm. Come along to see Father Christmas in his magical grotto, enjoy the games and competitions, make Christmas crafts and have a look around our historic St Mary’s. There will be a cafe with hot and cold drinks, lunch of home-made soup and a roll, and home-made cakes too. (Northolt Village Memorial Hall, Ealing Road, Northolt, UB5 6AA)

Friday 13 December

Beer and Carols 7.30pm. Grab a drink, find a carol sheet and enjoy a fantastic sing along in the Crown Pub. It’s going to be a fun festive evening with live music, singing and festive cheer. Just show up – perfect singing voice not required. (The Crown, Ealing Road, Northolt, UB5 6AA)

Sunday 15 December

Community Carols at St Richards 4.00pm in the chapel at St Richard’s. Join us for a mince pies and other refreshments with carol singing.  A fun way to enter into Christmas with others from the Racecourse Estate. All very welcome. (St Richard’s, Sussex Crescent, Northolt, Ub5 4DR)

Tuesday 17 December

Christmas Pub Quiz 7.30pm. Our monthly pub quiz with a festive flavour. Bring a Santa hat for a bonus point for your team! £1 per person, teams of up to 6. Book a table if you intend to buy food. (The Crown, Ealing Road, Northolt, UB5 6AA)

Sunday 22 December

Traditional carols by candlelight 6.00pm St St Mary’s. Join us for a traditional carols by candlelight service with organ accompaniment and readings telling the Christmas Story. (St Mary’s, Ealing Road, Northolt, UB5 6AA)

Tuesday 24 December – Christmas Eve

Children’s Christmas Celebration at 4.00pm at St Mary’s. Bring the kids for a fun family-focused service retelling the Christmas story in an age appropriate way – dressing up very welcome! Followed by refreshments. (St Mary’s, Ealing Road, Northolt, UB5 6AA)

Midnight communion at 11.30pm at St Mary’s. This will be the traditional midnight communion service that you know and love with organ accompaniment.  (St Mary’s, Ealing Road, Northolt, UB5 6AA)

Wednesday 25 December – Christmas Day

Christmas Day celebration communion at 10.00am at St Mary’s. This will be a family-friendly fun service where we can celebrate Christmas together.
